Is it okay to add my LinkedIn profile to my website if my niche is about making money online and I still have a job? Does that add or take away credibility?

I think it's ok only if you don't mind your colleagues, boss or whoever at your work find out that you are doing this online business thing outside of your main job.
But if you are a freelancer like writer, designer, etc., you want to use it to increase credibility.

What is more important to have a lot of posts or to have pages?
I always thing of it that pages are what is "pillar" content - that is content that doesn't change much over time. So it it the basis for your site. Posts could be time sensitive - it is either brand new or it only applies for a short time so as it moves down into your history it doesn't matter that its not so visible any more.
At least, thats the way I work things. Hope it makes sense.
