I just became an amazon affiliate. Very excited about it. So...I just had a question, if someone goes on my website, clicks on my amazon link and purchases something other then what's on my site, will I still receive commission?

Thanks everyone i really appreciate it. You guys are so awesome and helpful!

The short answer is, of course.

That is why, no matter what anyone you know needs give them whatever URL you have available. You can also get an associates URL that is set up as a seasonal site for special, often discounted, items.

Yes, you would receive a commission as long as they click through you link, although, there are some products that are outside to scope of your link. I don't know how Amazon determines this.

Great!

Good luck, yes you would.
