Thanks for the support! Finally, I could get it to work. My best guess is that it was a problem with Pinterest's own servers haha!

Unfortunately, the domain for my new website http://howtogainstrength.com which I have been using for almost 6 weeks has been marked as “pure
You can register a new domain name and then 'move' it using the Move button in SiteManager to copy the content over to the new domain name. However, if it is YOUR content that Google doesn't like, the problem will move with you. If, as you suspect, it's the former owner of the site, then that will resolve your issue.
After moving the site, delete the content on the old site asap.
Personally, I would put the new site under a maintenance plug-in for a while so that Google doesn't immediately index it to give you time to let the old site 'die.'
I appreciate your fast response, and great tip with the maintenance. I will make sure to do that and avoid more punishment from google haha.
