Completed Level 1 training

So, I have completed Level 1 of the training -- I have set up my site and identified my nice (sort of). I am somewhat surprised that here the lesson endeth. I thought we'd learn about how to write posts and embed marketing as well. I understand that there is loads of lessons in the premium section, but I haven't got access to that, and I feel I want to suck it and see a little longer before committing to premium. So am I missing something?
Is there a section that has tips and tricks for content creation (beyond about me & privacy policy) for beginners?
