The SSL certificate is what you see in your browser - the little padlock next to the URL. Marion has done a training on how to do this. SSL: Activation, No Padlock, Mixed Content and Google Search Console

Here's a video for you Install Premium Theme If the theme is too big then you'll need to use FTP to upload it. Send me a private message if you get stuck.
I just ran into that problem with my theme (Divi). I had to upload it through FTP... I use Filezilla.

If you ever exceed your site in terms of size or bandwidth you will likely be earning 7 figures and getting your own dedicated server which is around $400 per month won't present an issue.
