Wednesdays Are The Worst.

I have noticed a pattern, a pattern that I need to change. Every time I wake up on Wednesday I feel the most exhausted, and have thoughts of not wanting to do anything at all. It has been a struggle recently to go to the gym, but even when I feel like doing absolutely nothing, I still go, and push myself to overcome my procrastinate feelings. I never feel this way on any other day except Wednesdays, maybe it's because it's the middle of the week, and it seems like it's the longest day out the week.
