Was looking for Good Images for my website and after some research I came across http://www.bigstockphoto.com who was offering 2 types of Free Trial runs. One for 1 month and allows you 1 Image a day and another one for 7 Days and was giving 5 pictures a day.

You are allowed to use those images on your blog but they have to be less than 1200 x 800 pixels.

They did asked for My credit card details and told I can be charged $1, but my Visa card was never charged.

I had no issues canceling my trial run on last day so had really pleasant experience.

PS. This is not my affiliate link I just want to share this with you, hope will help.

PSS. They mention on their website that they do not run trials every time so if you notice that Trials over please leave a comment that this offer is not applicable any more.

What are we going to do after 1 year? Go back and find every picture and replace it?

"Image Credit Expiration and Refund Policy
IMAGE CREDITS EXPIRE ONE YEAR AFTER DATE OF PURCHASE."

Ok in relation to Credits. As many Picture sites do, they have monthly subscriptions and Credit system where you buy X amount of credits. Those credits can be used to download a pictures. So those Credits do expire.

From their FAQ
http://help.bigstockphoto.com/hc/en-us/articles/200394360-What-is-a-free-trial-
"Periodically we may offer a free trial subscription in order to introduce you to the benefits of a subscription plan. The images downloaded under the trial period are covered under our standard Image Usage Agreement."

Yes, they say those pictures offered in the trial period are under the same rules as those purchased. Meaning that our rights to use them freely, expire after one year.
I wonder what happens with the ones that are bought. The same?
Now I have to check the other sites, like flickr.com that I use, to see if there isn't smth similar.

No I do not think they Expire as Only credit do expire, but to be 100% sure I sent email to Bigstock.com to get definite answer to this question

That's a very good idea. Please let us know their answer.
And only to be sure I understood correctly this, those free downloaded pictures do expire in one year, right?
The term "credit" means "rights". Am I correct? :)
(those legal terms.....)

Thank you for contacting Bigstock.

Once you download images with a free trial, you may continue to use those images within the terms of our agreement. The images and their user rights will not expire.

Please let us know if we can assist you with any other questions.

I notice they avoid the term "credits".
Then what does "credits" refer to, if not "rights"?!
If it follows their Agreement, how shall we understand this: "IMAGE CREDITS EXPIRE ONE YEAR AFTER DATE OF PURCHASE" which is written in their Agreement.
It's confusing.

Hi, Maksim. I had a chat with one of their men last night. Now I'm clear. Picture credits do not refer to rights. It's a way of payment. These 35 free pictures are really free and ours forever to use. Only to specify the author and the link to bigstock.
Again, thanks for sharing with us.
