Hi Erika,
So it sounds like you've written a review, and use it as a "bridge" page for your other posts. That's great!
As to where to put it, it depends on what your website looks like. Do you let your most recent posts show up, so it's always changing, or do you have a static page? Meaning your home page always looks the same.
If it's static, you can add a heading to your menu and call it whatever you wish. Then add your review there. When people click on that tab, they'll see your review.
Does this make sense?

Im going to try adding my newest review to the Review tab on the menu bar with the chosen category?

A post and a page are both "content". They are both articles. Google sees them as basically the same thing. The main differences are what you see inside your WordPress website.
Therefore, if you have a page, which is a review, you should not write a post on the same topic.
Having a review page is fine, or having a review post is fine, but you should not have both.

You could try emojis. I just look up the emoji in Google, then copy/paste it into a menu item (just like text), and that works for me. I use the emoji shown in Google results, or listed on a emoji-finder website. Images, like JPG won't work, but the small emoji are somehow just like text, so those work. Interesting, as images in jpeg format don't work for the menu tab? could the images formatted in png or vector be better?
Im kinda stuck, as I feel im not explaining myself properly, so Ill try again.... my theme has a menu bar allowing for tabs, the following tabs are, about me* skirts* pants* tops* privacy policy* so! for each tab when clicked on and opened i would like an image pertaining to that tab, ie: skirt tab, click on the tab and a chosen skirt image will show with the content to read. It's not possible to put jpg images in a tab, but you could definitely create a category page, and use featured images for those pages listed. Creating A Category Page How To Add An Image To My Blog Roll

Here is an article I found which might help. There is a plugin called Menu Image, Icons Made Easy which allows you to add icons or images to your menu tabs. Never used it before, but thinking of giving it a try now.

Hi - your site is very new, you only have 6 posts on it. Most affiliate programs need to see much more content before they approve you.
Done affiliate networks want to see some blogs and traffic. I wouldn't apply to any until you have at least 10 good blogs, are using social media and have a good number of comments in your blog from WA's Members. Jim
