WA a world class learning institution

I am sharing this experience (and observations) from the inside out.
By all standards (OD and best business practice) WA passes all criteria of an excellent organization in my opinion

Having work here in the country with San Miguel Corporation (the premier corporation during my time) I have noticed what in its operation and management made it number one corporation. First in the list is top management is always in tune and is proactive in addressing its internal customer needs. We as employees felt we are part of management and a critical stakeholder in its operation. We have mechanisms to make it happen at the operational level.

Same thing with WA. Even as a newbie...I felt ACCEPTED and taken cared of no less than by its founders (kyle and carson) Their presence is felt everywhere. Ready to help and also seeking help (by asking for feedback ) from its members beginners and veterans alike. It's the spirit of Kaizen being encouraged and supported everytime and everywhere.

Net effect is..even though I operate on a shoestring budget I persevere and do my part (learning the craft) I save (and earn from its affiliate program) so that someday I may avail of the premium membership

Given this working environment...I can visualize myself being a loyal member of WA for a long long time.
