WHY do these programmers make us go through so many actions like this to find the one thing that every marketer is looking for, which is first page on Google.

I would think there would be a single button that says FIRST PAGE RESULTS that a person could click on to see what the results are from their efforts that are on the first page.

Because programmers are not UI (user interface) Designers and not always take user experience into account.
