Hi Damo, thanks for the reply and question. Maybe Codevonish is right and i didnt explain the problem correctly.
I have and still am using my IPad to login to WA. The password is saved in the keychain and i have no problem logging in on iPad.
There is actually 2 issues:-
1. When i try to use the change password facility in my account settings, even though i am logged in and using the correct login details, the system will not allow me to change the password, I get an onscreen message within WA telling me the current password does not match.
2. I decided to try logging in on my windows laptop, but again the on screen message from WA says account details not recognised. I then went on to use the forgot password button to get a link or assistance which seemed to be accepted, but for quite a few days now i have had nothing. I have checked my spam folder, nothing. So then i went to the contact support button, filled out all the fields and still nothing, I have done all of this a number of times over the last few days.
I am sure it will be something simple to fix when the tech guys or if the tech guys get back to me from support.
I understand there is lots of support from other members here on WA such as you, but in this case i think its a tech issue and needs someone behind the scenes to assist me.

Your message is a little confusing; they might not have seen a problem; what device are you signing in with when there is no problem. ave you tried changing browsers?

I wish I did have an answer. I have not experienced this but I have experienced the lack of support here. Don't get me wrong I love WA with all my heart but the support is horrible. I would just keep bugging them with one sentence emails until they deal with it.
Once it took 3 + days to get one simple thing fixed. I know it was simple because when they finally made and effort it was fixed instantly.
Hope you get through.

I am not recieving any notifications from anyone on the WA site, can anyone help. I have checked in my notifications check list and i have all the boxes ticked.

Within your email system, make sure that emails from WA are in your contacts list and / or in your whitelist.
Also check your spam folder, and if any emails from WA are in there, take the option to say that it is "not spam" and see if there is an option to add WA to your contacts list and / or your whitelist.
I assume you aren't referring to email notifications, if you are, they might be in Spam.
In My Notifications, do you have "View Unread" selected? That's how I normally like to see my new notifications. You can change it to "view All", or "view read". If you have view read, then you wouldn't see any new notifications.
Also, I've noticed sometimes read notifications are not cleared on mobile unless you manually clear them.
