My first fortnight

What an adventure it's been so far. From the embryonic stage of negligible expertise in affiliate marketing on day 1, to confusion on the previously not mentioned funds expected from me to upgrade to Premium and to pay for a personalized domain on day 2, then full on training from day 3.

From day 4 when I figured out what my niche would be, I decided that I'd be writing one article a day on my brand new site. This idea only worked for two days and then I couldn't keep up with the writing as the research took a lot longer than I had anticipated. I continued with the training and I'm pleased with the progress I've made thus far. When I'm out and about, I find myself looking out for opportunities to take images that I can use in my articles when I get round to writing.

The niche I decided on is one that affects every person who is alive :-) HEALTH

Without health, life cannot be enjoyed in full. As there are many facets to health, I felt it was a niche that I could narrow down or broaden as much as necessary.

I've enjoyed getting to know wonderful friendly and helpful people from all over the world in WA. People I would probably never have met if I hadn't joined WA.

I've learned new computer skills that help me work faster and more accurately on the computer

I've also learned how to willingly be more helpful to others so they can work more efficiently. Even though there isn't any monetary return for me in doing that, this has boosted my self-esteem because I've been of assistance to other affiliates who needed their questions answered or required help in ways that were second nature to me.

After trying a plethora of online businesses and losing money to them hand over fist, I've now gained hope that this particular business (WA), is one in which even I can succeed because there is so much guidance and support available. I just need to keep asking when I need help.

In the upcoming 3 months to January 2020, I plan to continue writing posts regularly and consistently at least five days a week. My goal is to complete the training where I'll learn how to monetize my site so that I start to earn at least $500 per month from it. I realize that my monthly expenses will mainly be $49, the WA membership payment.

In the upcoming 6 months to April 2020, I plan to scale my business further so that I will then have monthly earnings of $1,000 as a goal.

The high point of joining WA is the realization that I still have the capacity to learn new skills and ideas and confidently act on them.

Although I haven't yet earned any money, I'm fairly confident that it is only a matter of time before it happens. This is serious work in progress.

As the saying goes, I can and I will
