As a lay person in tech issues, it looked pretty grand to me ... I had to look this one up when I received an email that Google had indexed my post.
Well, in Google's own words;
"Indexing is the process of adding web pages into Google search". Depending upon which meta tag you used (index or NO-index), Google will crawl and index your pages. A no-index tag means that that page will not be added to the web search's index. By default, every WordPress post and page is indexed"
Needless to say, I'm happy with myself for having correctly followed training instructions and not breaking the system to that point. Next comes ranking if my keywords and SEO are in order, right?
I've continued with the training and completed all the parts on Making Money. I will post as soon as I get my first commission to let you all know about it :-)
