But so far the answers to the same problems others have had with their email inbox haven't worked for me. Just have to keep trying I guess.
Site Support are the technical staff that manage the Wealthy Affiliate infrastructure. They'll have the technical expertise to help you out.

I'm trying to create my website. I own my own domain name but it's registered with a company that's not listed in the instructions on DNS Setup. What should I do?
You can transfer the domain here if you want to. Or you can point the domain to your WA hosting by changing the nameservers on that side.
