Your domain stays the same, but what are you talking about your post titles of what. If you are talking about your title it has to do with what you are talking about. Post titles change for what ever you are trying to say in yourcontent. Has to do with keywords if your title has your keywords in it it will help with traffic, is what I have learned. the content is on your website - they do not need to be
the same - for instance - www.example.com and a title
of Examples of Educational Materials for Golf see the
relevance here with keeping things somewhat together :)

Yes, it can be. You can do anything you want. But your content on your website should be relevant to the domain name from a business perspective. Like Kyle said in the training don not post about dogs and cats on a basketball website.
