Hi Lrodrig, your best option will be to contact site support. they will be in the best position to help you with any technical issues you may have. contact them asap and have them help you resolve this, as unfortunately I have no Idea on how to fix this.

You can find site support from your dashboard, you scroll down to help centre, click on it and then choose sit support.

The same thing happened to me. Site Support gave me a link to use.
