I'm a premium member! I've never paid money for this kind of thing since It's always looked a bit scammy, but I figured it was worth a try.
So I've almost completed Level 1 of the training and I am finding it to be easy to do a few lessons in one sitting since I'm pretty computer savvy. I wish I had a bit more time to devote every day, I would be a lot farther along. I'm trying to keep this attitude under control since it gets me into a bit of trouble. I have an "all or nothing mentality" which means if I can't do all of something or have it all right now I don't want to do it. Let's keep that under wraps since that isn't a helpful attitude to have.
I've also come up with a few niches this week. One is a 'dream niche' that I would like to eventually start once I get the hang of things and the others are some back-up plans I've thought of just in case my first idea doesn't work like I want it to. I've also got keywords lined up for these so that they can be implemented quickly.
I am also trying to think of products or services that I can review and then link to for some commission. Maybe this is a bit early in the process but I like to try to stay ahead of the game.

Why don't you go for your dream niche? If things don't work out, you can always change but chances are they will work out because you are truly going to enjoy what you are doing. When you enjoy something, work never feels like work. :)
Congrats on going Premium as well, you are going to highly benefit from the training here at Wealthy Affiliate and before long you are going to have a campaign of substance in place. :)
I thought about that after I posted this, I guess I'm afraid it will feel like too much like work and I will lose interest. I also feel like what I've chosen is needed, and will be easier to work with while I'm learning.
Don't fear failure, it will happen and anyone that you will ever meet that has created any sort of success or anything of substance fears not failure, but what will happen if they don't try. Think like that and you will be as successful as you want!
You're totally right, I should not fear failure, but I definitely do. It's part of my perfectionist attitude. If I can't do it right, I don't want to do it at all. I guess if I do proceed with this, and it does fail, no one has to know right? :-)
