Dream Job

What was your dream job as a child?
Was that dream fulfilled or did your dream change?

Perhaps your dreams are now coming true t

Hey Scott!

Surprisingly, I didn't have a dream of becoming something particular until I first found out that I could earn my living by running an online business of my own.

This happened when I was 26 years old and I haven't stopped pursuing that dream ever since (4 years now).

What about you Scott?

Xaric

I definitely understand that you were looking for something just not sure of what?

I wanted to try many things as a child from a bartender/club owner, Security Agent, a ninja, a spy and even a hitman. I still plan to start or buy a club, by the way. I just need to gain some capital.

I obviously discovered that in reality I couldn't earn an income from those idideas online unless I could market those ideas and advertise to sell them.

I could go on and on with the different experiences I've had over the years but I shall save that precious material for another venture perhaps.

I was there for many years trying to figure myself out and see what I was capable of learning. I always knew of the possibility but I still have much to learn. I'm all in!

I appreciate your insight and feedback Xaric. I look forward to hearing more from you and possibly working together in the near future. Here' to another 4 years! Skal

Much Respect,
~ Scott (Lovarchy)

P.S. Would you care to share your thoughts on Public Domain? Please and Thanks Again. I'll be seeing you.

Nah, I'm pretty sure that I didn't really care about finding my dream back then... I had a job I neither liked nor hated and I was earning some decent money from it so I had kinda settled.

But the moment I came across Wealthy Affiliate, it was like a switch flipped and I suddenly understood that owning an online business was my dream all along, I just wasn't aware of it...

Lately, I have been thinking about running a bar in the future, with one of my friends...

Of course, we lack the capital as well for now :P

We'll definitely keep being in touch ;)

What do you mean by sharing my thoughts on Public Domain??

Xaric

The use of public domain material such as pictures, videos, sounds?

I haven't really thought about it but yeah, sure!

I'd be ok with that...

Best wishes,

Xaric

Scott,

If you can believe it, I wanted to own a salvage yard! I did, in fact, own one up until last year, but it was mainly just for fun--never really made any money with it, but I am able to check it off of my bucket list now!

Jeff

When I was a kid, I didn't fantasize much about the perfect job. My friends always stood out for me and everyone was dreaming out loud. Some of them shouted: When I grow up, I'm going to be a pilot! When I grow up, I'll be a singer! When I grow up, I'll be a doctor! And I was so withdrawn and quiet, making mud cakes and decorating them with tiny pebbles and stones. Maybe I secretly wanted to be a pastry chef and bake the best cupcakes in the world. ;)

My dream job was to be a ballerina. That died once my teacher informed me that they put wooden blocks in the toe part of the shoes for dancers going further for a career. Also, I remember the character Caine and the show, KUNG FU

Lawyer, I did not do well in English.

Good afternoon WA Family!

I hope everyone is feeling well and being safe.

A lot of the information I need to add to my first website about my niche are Historical

Good answers to your excellent question, Scott!

If it’s something that is "common knowledge" it doesn’t have to be cited. This is a great website about what you have to or don’t have to cite.

Ello Erika,

Thank you so much for the info. I really do appreciate it. This issue of copyright was sort of stopping me from continuing with content.

I've now realized that I was being to crucial and just needed to do a little homework.

I am here if you need a friend and or a critic. Best wishes and good luck in all your endeavors.

Farewell
Your WA Friend,

You can’t copy-paste other people’s work. If you do, you may have a legal issue. The following post will help:

This is just what I have done. I don't know if anyone will agree or not. I make a list of the facts in my notes and then I write them in my own words.
Also you can quote the facts and give recognition as to where the facts came from.
Just my opinion. We'll see what others have to say.
Larry

Thanks Larry that is exactly what ive been doing is writing without publishing until I find out more info. Great minds think alike.

Thanl you kindly for your input it is much appreciated.

I wrote a rather long over 500 words blog to discover I couldn't publish due to the fact I can only post 1 a day. So I save as a draft and now I can't find it. I guess I could

Thank you all for you help its much appreciated but I must have accidently deleted it. I have rewritten since and now over 600 words so no problem. Ill be more careful next time. My accident actually became something better.

Did you write the blog on WA or in site content to publish to your Wordpress blog

Thank you for the help but sadly it is not there it was there when I saved it cause I opened to revise it autosaved and disappeared or I made some mistake. Thank you both anyways.

Hi Scott, where did you create the post?

If in WA it usually autosaves;

- Click the Pencil in the navigation bar.
- blog at WA.
- look for drafts, top right of the blog editor.
-select it and then publish it.
- leave it for tomorrow you may find that it pops up.

Alex

Hi - if you go back to the blog post feature, there is a drafts tab at the top. Hopefully, it should be there.
