My rank has changed and gone down. What caused this to happen, and how do I get it to go back down and continue down?

You mean WA rank? It could be decreased activity within WA, or it could be increased activity from other WA members.
Google rank is another story!
Your rank at WA is relative to everyone else so there are daily fluctuations. Your website deserves your time more than your WA activity. There's no reward for having a high rank here.
Your rank on WA is based on how active you are on WA. The more you leave comments and answer questions for others - the higher rank will be. It does go up and down daily so dont be discouraged!

How do i find my email?
I create forwards so I can just check my mail in Gmail: Send & Receive Domain Email via Gmail - Updated 2015
I did that but one of them didn't come through for the verification wouldn't you know, any was I found the link on the siteribix tabs from the boue tab on the side (I hadn't used the tabs ot the top of that page yet the answer by Marlinda below here reminded me where that was. Now the forward is working ok.

Go to siteRubix > siteManager > siteEmail (towards the right side of you screen).
Alternatively, you can go to it @ webmail.yoursite.com and enter in your login information which you can find in the above location of your WA account.
