Google Index Badge
I checked my dashboard today and saw that my site had been indexed by Google.
It was nice to know I earned a badge for this. I don't know my rankings yet. I'm just sharing the message I received from WA.
I have spent a week at Premium to get to this point. Today I'm writing my third blog to be added to my website. It's nice to follow some simple steps to structure my day to reach goals like this.
Hard work is paying off.
For someone new to internet marketing it is a big accomplishment since in the past I haven't been succesful in following a program. Most of the time I would have to read lessons I didn't understand and was expected to figure it out.
The WA family offers me encouragement to complete my training like I'm involved in a study group. Even though I'm working at my own pace, I have the incentive to move forward by earning these badges.
Thanks for the support I have received so far from the members of the WA community.

Congratulations, I am new to all of this but have found it very interesting and learning something new every day. I haven't got anything indexed (still trying to get through the training and understand it all :) Awesome achievement!!
Believe me, a week ago when I went Premium I just made a commitment to trust the system and follow directions without balking.
I viewed the videos and completed the assignments just like I did when I worked on my associates degree. Now I consider WA continuing my education in internet marketing since I volunteer as a social media rep for two volunteer organizations.
I'm here to learn as much as possible. I had to give up on the idea that I know anything about building a website and start with a clean slate.
It is wonderful being new, because you can absorb everything like a sponge and have the belief that the lessons will work. There is evidence in this community that it will work by the marketers that are before me.

I agree, I signed up for the premium and feel that if I put enough effort into this as I can and manage to get through all the training I will eventually start to learn and understand what this is all about. Like you I am here to learn as much as possible.

Rachel, I have been Premium over a week and already have my site indexed on Google. I added my third post yesterday so I know the trainings do work if you follow the directions.
I plan to go yearly in June to dedicate myself to WA. I'm so glad I responded to my WA emails from Kyle and Carson. It took me over two weeks to investigate WA from the time I signed up. Timing is everything.

Tom, it's a great feeling to be indexed. I worked 40 hours this week to achieve this goal. I have learned a lot from the trainings and participating in the WA community. This is like nothing I have done before. I'm looking forward to make the yearly commitment with WA in June. I have some money saved and will be investing in a yearly membership.

I am recognized (LOL) and it's the result from following directions. It's nice to know the program is working and I'm accomplishing my goals.
The badges are a nice perk for sure, keeps ya motivated doesn't it. One thing to keep in perspective is that as you're beginning (like I am too) you are going to be gaining knowledge first and foremost. So far what I've learned is that the training works, I've been kind of snagged on a lesson not b/c I don't understand it just haven't had a minute to sit down and actually do it.
I'm on Level 2 Lesson 5. I have over 1200 words so far. I spend an hour talking into a voice typing tool on Google Docs to get down my content then I go back and edit my article the next day with a fresh pair of eyes after I have slept. Having the rest this way gives me a new perspective about how clear I'm communicating my keyword. It's been a great routine.
You're not alone, Josh. I once spent 3 weeks on one lesson! I felt so stuck that there were days I just hung out on the platform, reading. But the minute I ate some humble pie and asked for help, I received it!
Are you stuck on the same lesson, or have you gotten the help you need to move forward?
Yea I'm not stuck per say as in not understanding. I just haven't had a lot of time. I should be coming up on some extra time here in the next few days and should be able to move forward!
That is an awesome idea! I never thought about using a voice typing tool combined with google docs. How do you do that? I have a Microphone for my computer if that would work.
Go to Google Docs and open a blank document. Look under the Tools menu then select Voice Typing. A microphone icon will pop up then click it and it will turn red. Then speak and it will start typing. This tool has been a godsend because it allows you to write like you are talking to a friend then you go back and edit it for publication.

I'm so grateful that we really can go at our own pace; some weeks are busier than others so I'm really grateful for the flexibility.
I have to always remember to treat WA as full time employment and to clock in on a structured schedule. When my fiance goes to work I head to my home office. I'm no longer sleeping the morning away depressed that I don't have anything to do. I still get up and go out and do my volunteer work so I have stories to write about for my website. I'm always eager to come back home and write content about my day. It also helps that I can check my inbox for trainings and new blog posts or to thank people that are following me. It is a full day everyday but I relax with my fiance when my workday is done,
It takes many people months, sometimes years, to develop that mentality, Louisa. So I commend you for already having that mindset in place.
