Question:
" If a person does only one, which is better for his or her health?" DIET or EXERCISE
If you was a speculator involving diet, food and exercise; would you agree or disagree with Hippocrates saying?
Personal Opinion:
I would be more in favor for the one that will have a larger impact on heart disease, stroke and diabetes. Diet would be first in line than exercise and this also depend on a baseline diet.

I just wanted to share this with the community because one of my post is on Healthy Food Choice. I just needed your opinion about diet and exercise
I would like to focus on veggie, good protein and fiber. which are all good source for a healthy diet.
I am also focusing on veggie diet without meat.
Most common disease caused by our lifestyle, which can best be treated with a veggie diet?
