Procrastination.

Procrastination - it's not a good practice. But - do the reasons behind it make a difference to procrastinating? I mean, you don't procrastinate because you're lazy or disinterested. Not normally. Sometimes we don't know how to do something. Or maybe, we don't feel confident about the task. For example: I am not a good writer so I procrastinate when I have a written assignment. However, if the task is something I enjoy doing, I'll do it straight away

Procrastination has been the hub of many jokes - and some from well known people - for example: Oscar Wilde said, "I'll never put off until tomorrow, what I can possibly do the day after."

But here's the thing which stands out as truth - from Karen Lamb, "A year from now, you may wish you had started today."

Exercise is a brilliant example of that. How many times have you put off exercising and then thought (6 months later), how much fitter you would be if only you had started exercising 6 months earlier.

Just saying.....anyway, I had better stop procrastinating and get on with that website .... :)
