What is the best alternative:

1. Open (or use) the personal accounts (Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter) with my name

2. Open new accounts (Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter) with the name of my website (Affiliate´s Businnes Treasure)

I will appreciate your comments and recomendations.

Thanks in advance

Personally, I would not use a personal social media account to promote your business. On FB start a fan page and on Twitter start a page for your business. You might get your account shut down for a period of time on Facebook if you promote your business on your personal page. Plus with a FB business account you can have unlimited fans. On a personal account you can only have up too 5000. Try to keep your name as short as possible. Twitter only allows up to 15 characters. Not sure about Pinterest. Try to use the same name if possible to help you with branding. Hope that helps a little.

Thank you very Much

I don't think there is a best alternative since we are all independent business owners.

If you are looking to brand your website name at some point, then a new account with your website name would be good.

If you have no intention of branding your website name, you could either open a new account or use your personal account with your name.

I do the latter because the websites I post links for are sites I have no intention to brand and I am the sole proprietor.

Thank you very Much

Use Kyle & Carson's business strategy. Use Lopez.Whatever-Your-Business-Name-Is The permalink will be fb.com/lopez.whatever-your-business-name-is

Do that on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and any other social platform you desire. My recommendation is to only add people you're collaborating with or internet marketing friends. Your private profile can be separate.

On the other hand, fan pages are built specifically for advertising, so do that as well. You'll work on your Fan pages via your business profile.

Sponsoring posts and paid advertisements can help you a lot.

Thank you very Much

Hi, Daniel,

Regarding Facebook, you will create a business page through your personal account. There's no need to create a new account.

For Pinterest and Twitter I would recommend opening new accounts.

Thank you very Much
