Anyone else having trouble sleeping because that have tons of constant Ideas for Websites running around your brain? lol Be sure to at least take a day or two off for yourselves. Trust me, this WA isn't going anywhere soon ;). I Meditate with a group of great friends, gets me out of my shell and we insist to not talk about work just everything else. But what makes you find happiness and peace? In the long run, taking needed time out with prepare you to confront sitting at a computer for hours. Of course, our goal is to even free ourselves from that ;)

It starts to get better as the computer begins to work for you, but yeah it's hard to stay away. But if your one that enjoys the challenge its great. Just never become the one type that becomes frustrated at not having instant results or it will show in your work. Being positive and honest is still the best way to go! :) Happy Holidays

That's great advice as well, found myself sitting in front of the TV at family time with a notebook on the side if something pops into my head.

Yes I do that as well, it helps you "release" just like meditation does. Otherwise the idea you want to hold on (and you can't pay attention to what you are doing like resting or eating or hobby), so just write it and then you can let go and get back to life. I also do that with significant material I might come across and want to refer back to -- I collect it and then after I feel I've collected enough I may go thru and then apply it (helps to keep it somewhat collected in subjects or themes to start out with). Same for the chores and when to take the dogs to the vet, when a bill is coming due -- I throw it all into software and let it worry -- it just shows when something has to be attended to it, and I don't have to juggle all that in my conscious mind.

Sound advice. It's really important to take a break. I always have a notebook so I can jot down ideas - whenever they come to me. That way I let them go so they don't disrupt my sleep patterns
