Hi, what do I need to know, about permalinks, for .jpg files?
How to set permalinks, for .jpg's?
Hi, what do I need to know, about permalinks, for .jpg files?
Hi!
Go to Settings and click Permalinks.
Click Custom Structure and encode this:
/%postname%
That means whatever the title of your post is, it will be reflected as the url of that page unless you'll change it.
On each post, you can change the Permalinks title in box provided (above the post).
Hope I got your question right.
Thanks!
I have heard of this software, and have never used it. I'm just getting started as an affiliate. Thank you!
I use SkimLinks with no problems and would be happy to answer any SkimLinks questions you have.
That organization requires an engaged reader base, unless you're getting at least 500 visitors per month and lots of comments, etc., your site is not mature enough for Skimlinks.
Does anyone use skimlinks? i'm not sure if it's okay to use?

okay, wow, i think i'm super confused about being here; now it looks to me as though this site/membership, is to promote Wealthy Affiliate? I thought it was just to learn to be
They offer possibility to promote WA but it is not compulsory. I have several sites unrelated with WA. As Cathy says focus on Certification Courses only, but there are some general extra stuff in Bootcamp if you wish to learn
That depends on what lessons you are taking. Affiliate Bootcamp is to promote WA. To just learn affiliate marketing go to Certifications, it's in the green section on the left.
Thank you, I suddenly felt like I was in the wrong place. I see that I can still learn to be an affiliate marketer. I have to say, I have a great deal of confidence in the site owners, here! :)
I will get started with "Get Started"! Right now, I'm listening to an older webinar, where Jay talks about building a Fan Page on FB, and trying to work through those webinars, which I missed. As he says, FB is not to be overlooked, as a source of traffic.
Thanks, Catwoman, for the reply!

It says it has a google maps feature; has anyone tried this? My site is for travel - I need a really good map app, to add to each location I post on. Thank you!
Hello
If you are building a travel website then you definitely want to install a maps feature.
Now before you install any plugin I recommend you build a siterubix website and use it for tests. That is what I do before I install a new plugin on my current website. I have heard that installing and removing plugins could damage your website, so I really don't want that to happen lol.
Try this siteoriginwidgetsbundle thing and if you don't like it simply look for a better one, run some tests on your test website and once you've found what you're looking for, install it on your real website
Cheers

I set up a website on the Websites & Hosting page, by adding my domain name and following the steps. I would like to change the theme I added, but from the Dashboard - Appea
Hello, I will try to help. You are premium so just click on popular and there is a number of 1712 themes, the same number is if you go to build a new site. So I think every from 1712 you can choose.
hello. You have 3 choices. 1. Add New - will allow a search for themes and then click the one you want to activate. 2. Without clicking "add new" and just browse the themes that are displayed on that page. Hover over it and then activate the one you want. 3. Find a theme (free or paid) in Google and then download to your computer. Then click "add new" and you will see another button called "upload" - click and you can choose the theme that you downloaded and install it. If this is not clear, I can try again.
Go to WA site builder
Search the themes on wealthy affiliate. Note the names of the ones you like.
Then search them from within your ADD THEME option within your site that you already are building.
Then install. / activate
See Featured, Popular, New? Click on each to view selected Themes. Choose one you like and LIVE PREVIEW until you find one you like. Then, ACTIVATE.
