I have decided to do the affiliate program as my niche since I was already doing the affiliate marketing for two other companies. I had been focused on completing the training so I wasn't marketing, so I wasn't making any money. A week ago I decided that I should probably start the marketing, So I have had about 20 referrals this week and I'm not sure how to get them to close the deal. I've been picking my brain on how to approach the situation. I've looked in the affiliate training classes, haven't found what I'm looking for yet. I guess I am little stuck.

Are you talking about referrals to wealthy affiliate?
If so then your new referrals will show in your dashboard. You'll then be able to message them and email them. You can encourage the referrals to take action or offer an incentive.
Also make sure your autoresponders are completed so your referrals get the series of emails from you as soon as they join
