Stuck on a niche

I think I have a niche but I've been thinking about it for a couple days and think that it may be to broad... I'm afraid that it is just so broad that I'm finding it hard to narrow down and then start from there.... How do you narrow down a subject like juvenile diabetes?

Hi Lisa. Have you tried typing it into Google, you'll get results such as Juvenile Diabetes Symptoms, Walk, Treatment, Causes, etc. You could also mosey on over to Jaaxy and research JD there. Rich.
