Thinking Of Selling My Health Website
Hi Everyone, I hope you are all well?
It's been a little while since I have been around on the platform. I have been busy writing and driving traffic to the new site I built. I'm very pleased with the results from Pinterest so far.
I'm getting traffic on a daily basis and the site is not 2 months old yet. This is a massive improvement on the first site and gives me a big boost to keep going every day.
The old site is just sitting there I haven't added anything to it since December. I was thinking that I put a lot of work into it and maybe I should sell It, It's probably worth something to someone What do you think?
Have a great and productive week my friends
Lisa :-)

Go for it, Lisa, this is part of internet business. There are companies that do this kind of stuff so no harm in doing it too as long as you can sell it. Lets know how it goes- it is definitely easier if you already have made some sales on it.
That’s a great idea. I sold my first two sites I built when I first joined wealthy affiliate too. But they were making income.
Niche sites sell based on revenue and it’s usually total revenue of the past 3-6 months divided by the number of months and multiplied by a factor (25 to 35).
So for example if your site makes $5/month, you could get $150 for it.
Unfortunately, without revenue, it might be hard to get a lot of money to that will be worth the effort of building the website and writing content but it’s not impossible. There are couple companies that sell premade websites for affiliate marketers.
Feel free to check out auction site such as Flippa.

That is a very interesting thing Lisa. I do know some people reportedly make a very good income just buying and selling sites - even just domain names that are valuable in the eyes of others.
I hope it works out for you and I am interested in hearing about your results too!
