Nigeria is booming for Affiliate Marketing.

People in Nigeria may sometimes feel that it is difficult to become an Affiliate Marketer due to where they live. This is true to an extent, but there is proof that it can be done. That proof is presented here.
I have found a number of very wealthy Nigerians who made their money on the Internet. Nigerians who make the list have made millions of US Dollars as Internet Entrepreneurs. This is a growing list, and by learning the ways of why, how, and what to do in Affiliate Marketing you can join these rich Nigerians and live the life of your dreams as well,
The per capita income for Nigeria is a low $2250 per person. This means for the average Nigerian, a small increase in income can mean a substantial increase in their quality of life. That said, like all countries, not everyone is poor. There are rich and almost rich in Nigeria, just as in any nation on the Earth. The key is, “How do I make it into the wealthy class?”
Well, think of the Internet. When you market on the Internet, you can literally sell to anyone. They have zero clues as to where you are located. If you are in Abuja or New York City, no one can tell. You have the same advantages and disadvantages as any other person marketing on the Internet. By choosing to use the internet to market and make money, you essentially escape your local surroundings and become an Internet entity. No longer are you limited to anyone’s preconceived ideas about you, as all they can see is what you present them.
This means, as an Affiliate Marketer, you have the same opportunity as anyone else, as long as you can be accepted into a program. You are judged by the quality and content of your Website alone, and that is where you should concentrate your efforts and energy. Like all Affiliate Marketers, your website is your public face, your Internet Identity. When people visit your website, all they know of you is what is on that site, and the content of the site makes or breaks your business.
Now on to the List:
Sim Shagaya C.E.O of Konga
Founded Konga.com and Dealday.com. Net worth is unknown but estimated to be in the Hundreds of Millions of US Dollars. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School and is considered one of the best Entrepreneurs in Nigeria.
He is the holder of the Entrepreneur of the Year Award given by the CNBC/All Africa Business Leaders Award for West Africa. He is also the holder of the Leadership CEO of the Year Award from the Leadership Conference/Awards.
Abasiama Idaresit Wild Fusion Limited
The key fact about Abasiama Idaresit is that he started his way to wealth with only $250. If he can do it, so can you!
Founder and CEO of Wild Fusion Limited, an Internet Marketing company. Net worth is unknown, but it is estimated in the Millions of Dollars. Earned an MBA Degree at Manchester Business School.
Wild Fusion Limited is not an Affiliate Marketing company, but they teach Nigerians digital marketing. Their Headquarters is located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
Jason Njoku iRokoTV
Founder of iRokoTV, which is the largest distributor of Nigerian movies in the World. iRokoTV is called the NetFlix of Africa and is wildly successful. Interestingly, they allow Nigerians access to their services online for Free and only charge them for upgraded membership, kind of like Wealthy affiliate. His net worth is more than 40 Million US Dollars.
By streaming entertainment online that he did not create himself, it is similar to Affiliate Marketing as he is distributing and earning from other people’s content. They make money and he makes money, the same as what we do in Affiliate Marketing.
Temitope Ogunsemo Krystal Digital
Krystal Digital specializes in Digital Educational Software for Educational Institutions in Nigeria. Not Affiliate Marketing, but it is one of the leading IT companies in Nigeria and Africa as a whole. He attended Kings College in Lagos and got his Master's Degree at the University of Salford in the United Kingdom. He is the holder of numerous Awards and Recognitions, mainly for his work in helping Nigerians in Education and Leadership.
Krystal Digital is now a partner with Microsoft in the Krystal/Microsoft Imagine Academy. This partnership teaches Internet Technology, Data Science, and Productivity.
Temitope Ogunsemo has a net worth is unknown, but is estimated in the Millions of US Dollars.
These are only a very few Nigerians who have made the Internet their way of reaching the stars. They have become inspirations to Nigerians and Africans in general. You can join them by working hard, learning all you can about your chosen niche, program, and products, and then using Affiliate Marketing to reach millions of people on the Internet.
Money is not a barrier, just look at Abasiama Idaresit who started with only $250. What it does take is hard work, dedication, and time.
The key is to get your website built, make sure it is correct and attractive, and that it has loads of high quality and relevant information on your niche and products.
You can learn how to do all that here at Wealthy Affiliate. Complete the training, promote your Programs, and make money. Anyone can do it if they apply themselves.

Wealthy Affiliates can choose who they allow into the program as it is their business. Rampant fraud from Nigeria in the past has tainted the reputation of all Nigerians in a negative manner, so much so that a number of online businesses refuse to allow Nigerians onto their sites. It is unfortunate, but true.
There are many people from Nigeria who are hard-working and successful, and no broad brush should be applied to any group, but all businesses are free to choose whom they allow into their programs. I am sure that as Nigeria becomes a more prosperous place, the attitude of companies towards Nigeria will change. Until then, we abide by the rules under which we are allowed to operate, no matter which program or company we choose to work with.
I believe in helping everyone I can, no matter what their circumstances, or place of origin. I will continue to help people from Nigeria as I can so that their future can be brighter than today.
A good motto is: Help those in need, for we all have needed help at some time in our lives.
Yes, what a great opportunity.
I see Diane has a great suggestion for you.
We see that you have completed level 3 training already. Very nice. That gives you a lot of great knowledge to work with.
We wish you much success as you reach out to share WA with others.
Hi - given what you have said, perhaps you could approach Kyle and ask if it is now time that Nigerians are no longer banned from WA. I am aware that we have some Nigerian members here, but presumably, they are using a VPN to disguise their location.
