thanks but i read how to do it on general questions, maybe i do not write the best way of my issue. But they said i need to download post plugging to see my post on the side as a widget

Don't really quite understand what you mean, but you can go to screen options on top of your dashboard, and there you can check the box posts, and then at the left side of your dashboard, the posts will be visuable, and you can add the post to your regular menu

Ah that's what you meant, if you want your posts made visuable on your sidebar, you need to activate the widged in custumize/sidebar
