Healthy talk
Hello everyone, I have been trying to lose the same old weight for several years now. We all know what we are supposed to eat! We all know we are supposed to exercise. We can all come up with excuses, I had a ton of them. For instance, first i never had any time. Then when I had time, I didn't have money, so my excuse was I'm too depressed. So perhaps time and money is the key. I think we just need something that makes us happy enough that we are motivated to exercise. I believe another secret is wanting it more than you want sweets or whatever weaknesses we are having that day. I am very proud to say I just hired a personal trainer, and am definitely eating better!

Melissa, sometimes our self discipline goes through the window when we are trying to move progressively to taking action .
It doesn't matter if our subconscious is aware of our intentions, we are still not focus on achieving that goal
Getting professional assistance is a must, to help combat our desire for food vs our desire to exercise.
But with help we will conquer our fears and be motivated to lose those extra pounds
