I think Jude's suggestion is good, for if you have it on your website and just copy it to here would be considered duplicate content

You can write on your website about the fact that you wrote the article and published it at WA, perhaps summarize the main points on your site, then use an anchor text to link your website content to your WA post. ~Jude

Not directly without being penalized. You can alter and add to with title change to your site. I am sure like most of us you are never quite satisfied with your work so should be an easy transition.

WA blogs are indexed in search engines as well. so sorry, this would also be considered duplicate content. You could expand on the idea on your website and link to your WA blog :)
