The days have been so overcast lately. Today is overcast again, but I did some gardening and listened to music.

Not listening to news so much anymore. I just hope that people wear masks if they go Out. When Washington state was hit in March I think the states that had not been Affected yet by the virus thought maybe it would be taken care of and that it would not Happen to them.

Stress relief is within reach if people pay attention. After gardening there were a few things in the kitchen I was working on and a news broadcast came on. I thought about not listening to it because I was in a fairly good mood, but it had been several hours since I saw the news.

A lady buried her father because he was a victim of CORONA virus. Previous to getting Sick, he was a healthy 65 year old male and was well liked by his community. He told People to go about their business, don't worry about masks. His wife has it now as well. His daughter is blaming the Governor for not doing enough? I am pretty sure other states saw what happened in Washington state or maybe not. News is important but too much causes stresses.

Stress relief came right after the news.

"Do not conform yourselves to the standards of this world, but let God transform you inwardly by a complete change of your mind."

I use to get upset about the news. There is no point to getting upset over the news. I can't change it- The only thing we can do is hope and pray that the Corona virus finishes its cycle and goes away or a vaccine is found, and until it does, take precaution when going out- please wear a mask if you need essential items.
