Still getting err code when I try to login to my email. I am getting totally frustrated with this.
Someone suggested the password should get reset.

Hi - are you copy and pasting the password? Apparently, it can be temperamental and works better if you type it in yourself.

I go to Site Manager. Then go to Site Email, press login. aAt email access I type in my name. My email address is
Lisa@anyagehealthfitness.com
then I type in my password. and then I get an ERR. Login Failed
when I get to the Email access page it always says on top Not Secure.

I’m having no luck getting into my email. It was suggested I may need the password reset. Could you please do this for me?
Hi , if this is the password for log in there is a reset button beside the password , click on that and it will automatically renew the password , from memory , it is the same principle for your email password , it is to make it secure , the password once reset should be visible to you
In reply to my last comment , upon checking , if you click on the smtp button which is on the right hand side , it will bring up all your log in details for logging into email

I Lisa. As Trish says, if you are correctly adding your password (as per Scott's suggestion) then this is definitely something for Site Support.

When I go into Site email and click login. after entering the passcode, in red I get, ERR- Login Failed.
I have gone over everything a couple times and just can’t figure out why this is happening. Doing Everything Kyle does in Lesson 4 of level 2.
I bet you copied the password and pasted it, right? A lot of the time, when you do that, an extra blank character is included. Either type in the password manually or carefully copy it (don't just double-click it and copy). That should fix the issue.
That is odd....I'd reach out to Site Support then and ask them to reset it. I had that happen once and that was the fix.

I have a Samsung. My family keeps telling me to get rid of it and get an IPhone. Between you and me, I wish I would have.
The basic how to on my email series should still be able to walk you through adding your mail account to your phone mail app.
