So the reason I'm writing this post is to let you know how Tailwind works since I'm in the beginning stages of launching it. I'm the 'newbie' here seeing how Tailwind can take my virtual business to the next level which I want to share with y'all so you can use it as well if it happens to fit your business model.

What is Tailwind?

For those of you who aren't familiar (like I was), Tailwind is a social media scheduling app for Pinterest and Instagram as well as an Analytics tool. You can easily schedule your pins and posts. You can upload multiple images, learn hashtag suggestions, and receive recommended times to post based upon audience engagement levels.

Launching Tailwind: My Current Status ...

I just launched Tailwind over a week ago and started scheduling my pins then. I will be posting anywhere from 2-5 pins each day. I currently have a personal Pinterst profile and recently set up a free business account (which PInterest allows you to do when you have a personal profile). I am currently using tailwind for my business profile only.

As of now while writing this post, I currently have a total of 671 impressions. I’ve noticed that my impressions are going up the more consistent pins I post. I haven’t received very many pins saved or click thru’s but am hopeful these will increase as my exposure on Pinterest grows.
