An Ocean of Words
Hi I was inspired to write this because of another WA member. Are we creating an ocean of words?
Think about it for a minute, we can't just call you up and go for coffee, you are Oceans away but yet so close. I have been able to communicate with people from all over the world. Hawaii, Holland, Germany, France, Spain, England, Scotland, Ireland The African continent, American Continent, China you name it.
There are pictures that we share, problems that we share, success stories, frustration, irritation, joy, poetry although an ocean of words and also Oceans away.
There are no age barriers and no limits to the words that are shared. It reminds me of the song "Climb every Mountain "
Have a great day all you WA members and friends

Thanks for the reminder Linda!
It is truly amazing that although we are separated by oceans geographically this wonderful community brings us closer together.
Blessings to you from Kansas, USA.

This is a great post-Linda because you are absolutely right we are oceans away but yet because of this forum, we are yet so close.
This is a beautiful post and an honest simple post I enjoyed reading it so much.

Good afternoon Linda,
That is the good side of technology the possibility to communicate with faraway places. The mailman left Spain on the 21st has he arrived in Canada yet?
Greetings from the south of Spain, Taetske
This is gorgeous Linda and so true - the global village we live in, oceans apart.
Thank you for sharing!
Be blessed
Louise
I have been trying to get back to writing again just small steps at a time. Inspirations should be written down, it helps to get the cobwebs cleared away.
Thanks for that,
Linda
I love the song "Climb Every Mountain" from The Sound of Music! And I totally agree that it's wonderful that the oceans that used to divide us no longer do thanks to the internet and being here at WA.

So you could hear the music isn't that wonderful you hear the words and the suggestion of the music. Then you hear the music. Kind of neat, don't you think. A White Christmas Merry Christmas Erica
Great post. I love talking to people who have traveled to the same places. Trading stories with them and all is priceless.

I have noticed you Mark and admire your free spirit. I haven't traveled to these places but I feel it through others. My second language is Spanish and my children are Latin American. I am Canadian, getting out of your own comfort zone is not an easy thing to do. But once out there your whole world changes
