Where did our ability to ask questions go?

Whatever happened? Where did our ability to ask questions go? Do we have to ask them in our blog, or did I miss something in the months I have been recuperating from heart problems and Covid?

My question is

Does anyone here use a merchants account to process credit cards here.? If so, what do you suggest works best?

We can still ask questions, but the question bar is gone. It opens when you hit the little magnifying glass at the top right of the page.

The mag glass is for searches, the Ask A Question is in the HELP drop down menu.

That's crazy, I didn't see the magnifying glass yesterday, but there it is today. All you had to do was mention it and it appeared! LOL'

I know, huh. If you refresh someone's profile page while you're on your cell phone, you will be able to follow their websites/social media...who knew, right? I found that out by accident....grin.

Click Help at the top and you will see ask a question if you are using a laptop or desktop
If you are using your phone then tap the three horizontal lines before the WA Symbol and you will see the same menu with the help at the bottom.
Once there tap help and you can ask your question via the phone

It is In the help section....you will find the 'ask a question' there.

Using my cell, I am unable to see the question area.

Checked using laptop, and yes, ask a Q is in the help drop-down menu.

On your phone, if you tap on the three horizontal lines which is before the WA symbol you will see the top line on the desktop. at the bottom will be the help when one can ask questions

Yes, I did that, yet no drop down menu appeared...

Tried it again, and noticed that I had to scroll up to see the entire page....thanks!

Should be there right down the bottom you might need to scroll further it is in the same order as it is on the top menu via the desktop

A few changes were made when the site was upgraded. That was one of them...grin.

Yes, I knew they were making changes, but I guess I haven't encountered all of them yet.
