es, it has been one month already that I started the journey. It went fast but so much has happened in so little time.

When a pastime ...

I began writing a blog because of boredom. It was the third lockdown in one year here in the UK and I ran out of ideas of things to do. Let's be honest, there is only so much Netflix you can watch!

So I decided to start a blog, just like that! Simply as a pastime in the evening. I started writing about all the hikes I have done in 2020, one post per hike and adding pictures and everything.That as it, very simple, but served it's purpose: keeping me busy.

... turns into a challenge ...

I bought a course online about building a blog, and when it was done, that was it! Nothing else, you were left on your own to figure out.

I thought this would be enough for me as I just wanted something to do in the evening. But in fact, it wasn't. I wanted more. I wanted to understand SEO, ranking, and all those stuff. Suddenly just writing about the hikes I have done was not sufficient. I wanted my posts to rank, I wanted them to be seen.

Searching online for answers, I stumbled across One more cup of coffee. I started reading the blog, digesting the info, implementing the advices on my blog. I also joined the email list too.

I started researching about WA but was maybe too afraid at the time to subscribe. "What if it is all a scam and I lose money?". "What if it is another one of those courses where once you bought it, you are on your own?".... and so on. I finally took the step. I needed help. I needed answers. And this was the only way I could get them to take my blog to the next level.

... turns into a business!

And there we are, a month later with the drive and the motivation to take this little blog about hiking trails near London and turn it into an actual business. And all of that happened in as little as 30 days.

So, now let's celebrate the successes of last month:
