Asking for help is not difficult
I bumped into a hurdle after publishing my first article on my domain here at WA. I couldn't access the back office. I thought I clicked on something that led to the problem but couldn't really affirm that. I was being careful eventhough I was really very sleepy when I clicked "published". Frantically, I messaged my upline (not sure if this is what you call the person who convinced you to sign up for WA)....and Kyle. I felt very lucky coz they both responded. It didn't take long before my problem was solved.
