I published an article and then tried to edit it afterwards. But it won't allow me. I was able to edit my articles before ..... why can't I edit it now? I mean, I can change th

I had this problem with pictures before, but the support team fixed it for me, you can contact them Lilly

Yes..I asked for their help and they already solved this problem. I just wasn't online for a few days. Thanks Anis.

You're welcome :)

Get the post up you want to edit in your back office and click on media you should be able to upload any picture to your site. I never had a problem.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and/or using a different browser (i.e. Firefox instead of Chrome or vice versa)?

I did. It's been fixed by the support team. They deleted a plugin I installed.

Once it has been published to your wordpress site, it is only editable in wordpress. It is a 'nice to have' feature if we can edit and update it through siterubix but I am afraid we can only edit post in WP.

I logged in to my domain to edit and have been doing that for many times already ... but today, for some reason, I really can't add media/picture to my article. I thought it's because of the theme I used so I changed it .... still nothing. Refreshed my page, restarted my computer .... same result. Nada.

You can edit it in WordPress

Just log in into your domain, seek for posts in the left sidebar and there you can change your posts.

What about pics I just delete and paste again in the place I want.

Yes I logged in to my domain .. but can't add pics on my article.

Sounds weird. Any error message?
Last resort -> Site-support.
They can see literally all files and can detect the root cause of the problem. And they are quick .:)

No error message. It just doesn't budge. Hardheaded button haha. Perhaps my internet is slow today. Anyway, I'll let it be for now coz I still have a flight to catch. Thank you for answering my question. If it stays the same when I get back, I'll definitely ask the support team for help.
Cheers!
