I was messing around with my plugins and now i lost my seo settings. How do i retrieve them back?
Is there a SEO plugin in the website Plugin list?
Probably SEO Framework. It needs to be activated. Then the defaults should populate (post title and post description) It may be necessary to "update" each of the current published pages and posts for the default values to return.

No I dont see the SEO Framework either. I am not sure exactly what i did. Multi tasking and i screwed up.
If there are no seo plugins installed, Go ahead and add new plugin. (Search for Seo Framework - add install and activate. The use prior documents from my response.

Tutorials SEO Knowledge: Meta Title SEO Knowledge: Meta Description If you are on mobile, adding one or two characters, then delete you are able to.
If title and tagline (Just another WordPress site), settings > general edit and save changes.
