What I've Learned Over The Past 24 Hours
Greetings family and friends. I realized in the beginning stages of my membership that I would have to roll up my sleeves and get to work. I have learned quite a bit since I joined Wealthy Affiliate. My level of interest in Wealthy Affiliate has grown tremendously as I have come to recognize the treasure chest of information available to premium members.
Many years ago I read a book authored by Viktor Frankl. The name of the book is Man's Search for Meaning. The book talks about hardships people endured throughpout their lives and how they chose to use those hardships to build character, build mental endurance, and be visionaries for that day, the following month, and years to come. Many of the sufferers were people living under dire circumstances but believed that although they could not see a light at the end of the tunnel, in their minds there was one.
Everything happens for a reason. There are times when I wished I had known about Wealthy Affiliate years earlier. However, I must say that when I joined this organization, I brought the right mindset to the table as a result of hardships and disappointments that I learned and grew from. Being a member of this organization has given me a challenge I have a passion for. There are times when I am so tired when I get home from work, but I'm always able to find some energy and enough passion to do something on the site to build my business.
I recently learned that ranking on Google and the search engines are not enough to build your business. I learned that just as people have multiple sources of income, websites need to have multiple sources of traffic. This is getting more and more interesting as each day passes. There is no doubt in my mind that with all the tools and resources available here I will be able to achieve my goals. I can't say when, but I know it will happen. If anyone reading this post has any feelings of uncertainty I would like to suggest that you turn your negatives into positives. Find a niche that appeals to you, try to extract something good out of every bad life experience you find yourself in, and move forward. If we all do this we will become warriors of character, success, and happiness. We can do this because so many members here have already set the example for us.

Hi Larry,
Wow! Larry great insight into what makes you!
The solid, generous, open minded, hard working man that has been honed by experience definitely has an advantage over one that doesn't.
Thank you, being new I find myself very fortunate to know more about you. Very good post.
Rami.

I loved reading your insights about your journey thus far.
I don't think my mind will ever stop being blown by the plethora of knowledge I've gained here over the years,
WA and its outstanding community have been the patient teacher/s I've always needed.
I've definitely seen my share of hardships but, if I'm honest with myself, some of them were there because of my choices. While some consider me selfless for taking care of sick friends til they passed away, for example, in retrospect I didn't know what I was getting myself into and, how drastically it can change your life and, the contents of your wallet if it becomes an unpaid full-time job your heart could never let you walk away from.
I've zero regrets though. My worst hardships over 47 years are what make me who I am. I just had to learn to give to myself as much as I give to others in every aspect of my life.
Blessings!
