Dig deep my loves. Be strong and most importantly- be brave. This is the time to love yourself. Forget the critics. Forget the crazy lady singing in the background! FOCUS on YOU and your goals. Breath deep, drink some water with lemons in it, eat a whole watermelon for the love of the Lord! But never EVER forget to LOVE SELF.
We all have barriers we have built against us from childhood or from whatever circumstance that created an obstacle or mind block.
