I recently watched a documentary called Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead.

By Joe Cross. He lost over 80 lbs. juicing for 60 days! In this documentary he shares his story, of being overweight, being on a ton of medication, and the sickness that his diet was creating in his life! He shows you not only how to juice, but what it was like for him on his 2 month journey!

If that story alone wasn't amazing enough he inspires a man who is a very sick, and morbidly obese truck driver, that he met along the way to give it a try for 10 days! The man felt so amazing and had such significant results that he went all the way to 30 days just juicing! The weight loss is nothing short of amazing, and his tale is extremely touching!
