Is there someway you can get hold of a PC? Then it would not be quite so difficult for you, I do not think.
I find it hard enough to make progress on a PC! I will eventually use a mobile device, but only for Instagram and similar apps for business.

Working from just a cell phone is very difficult for me. I agree if you can find a good used Bluetooth keyboard, it will be much easier to use!!

If a cell phone is all you got, to build a site then you should get the WordPress app on your phone from the app store. It will make things a lot easier for you

Yes if it is a web site or tech problem contact support.
If it is a how to do something you should ask the community. Many problems are answered in the trainings.There are live chats and questions asked after each training.
