Hi,
Where would I find the SSH/SFTP details along with database connection details of my website, please?
just remember you have managed hosting here....
your ftp login is under websites>>sitemanager>>details
or websites>>sitedomains>>settings
you use the unsecure ftp to login...i know it shouldn't be the case but that is what it is,,,,
Thank you. I found that already. But my new hosting provider requests the SSH/SFTP details along with database connection for the migration
good luck with getting those ....
you will probably get a backup file created from updraft to be restored on the new hosting...
this is what i got for noe of my sites a few years ago - i hope it has changed but do wonder...

create the ticket and then get on with other work on your website. Then when they get back to you you take care of what it is you needed it for.

They have responded now.
Yet, we have to migrate manually.
Anyway, Trike Trotter is now almost completely migrated. Just plug ins and a few details, than it is done.

What sort of customization were you looking to do? Changing the background image?
The customizations where you add a message and your image have been turned off for a good while now, since the last UX update and update of the homepage.
Now this new WA homepage is much more streamlined with messaging. You can, however, customize the background image to target your niche 👍🏼

Correct. Ever since the WA homepage upgrade there is no more message and picture customization on the homepage. It’s important to keep the messaging uniform. We do have custom homepages with backgrounds tied to the niche you’re in. But as far as the custom homepages go, I used to use them all the time and I didn’t lose anything when we went to the new WA homepage. 👍🏼

To get to support you have to answer the very first question "does this have to do with your website" with a "yes".
