3x fixes for Gravatar issues I came across

Hi All

My goodness this process was painful.

In case this helps some folks, here are 3 issues I came across when trying to use Gravatar to add photo for my sites user profiles. Managed to get it working in the end!

1. I found it best to first create a brand new account for Wordpress to then use for Gravatar using an email address not used on either yet (as they share the same database)

2. (This is the one that got me) When you log into Gravatar using the Wordpress credentials, and under the Primary Address you see 'Add Email Address' you enter the email address for the User Account for your site and then OK, when you receive the 'Verify email Addition' to the email address associated to the user profile from Gravatar, **don't** click the verify link in the email from a mobile phone, log into the email via a PC/MAC and do it in a browser. From a mobile (or mine at least) even though I clicked the verify link (and tried it like 5 times), the email address never appeared in Gravatar.

3. Just a heads up... if on your website (in siterubix) you entered the email address for the user profile in upper case, or used any upper case lettering, it MUST match on Gravatar
