When we are young we are often admonished for our mistakes at all costs. But this is impossible, isn't it? Everyone makes mistakes, and for the most part, they are learning experiences.
Mistakes can even be fun, like when you get lost and you have to ask for directions. I've met wonderful , helpful , friendly people that way. I've made huge mistakes with my baking, but kept at it until I had a masterpiece.
Mistakes make us stretch our minds, looking for fixes, and sometimes we create a masterpiece.
If we make a mistake today, let us not get discouraged. Let's keep at it until we get it right!

Amen to that Leslie! Blessed for sure. Most often, when I have to learn from my mistakes, those are the lessons that become cemented in my soul and reward me with the greatest education and growth spurts.
Because I'm kind of good at making mistakes, I'd like to believe that I'm gradually becoming this imperfect genius. ;P
