Problem wrapping text around image with caption

Does anyone have problem wrapping text around images with caption? I notice that if I remove the caption, I can drag the image around, and text wraps around left or right properly depending on the alignment. However, the moment I put the caption in, I can no longer drag the image, nor can I wrap text around it.
I'm using new version Wordpress 3.9 and Weaver II theme.

That is caused by the caption H tags. You must modify some HTML to get this to work properly.

No problem. I had some of the same issues when I first started and I know it caused some frustration for me. So after I learned my work arounds I put it in a training.
