No Need For Apologies
Hey Everyone! I'm sure others have blogged about this topic before, but I wanted to bring it up as a kind of thought for the day.
A reminder to not take things personally. I think it is too easy at times for us to take things personally, especially when it comes to the things we are passionate about. Our passions are part of our identities. I know that can be a weird way to look at them, but think about it. When someone asks you about yourself, what do you say?
You start talking about all of the things you like that make up your personality and identity.
Just remember that when fellow members are offering feedback, they are only doing this to help. I know sometimes people don't word things the best way, or others don't always perceive messages the way they were intended. Communication is such an open ended concept and we all communicate differently.Or react to certain types of communication better than others.
So I leave you with this: Stay positive, listen to the advice and suggestions of others, but at the end of the day you make the ultimate decision. Always look for the Silver Lining, or Lesson from every experience. Plus, remember that if we were all the same the world would be pretty boring, so don't hesitate to keep your preferences over the suggestions of others. We all put our own personal touch into our websites and that is what gives everything Character!

You can't please people all the time...even some of the time is pretty tough! Some people have thicker skins than others...
When receiving comments or opinions it's best to look at them with an analytical and assessment point of view to either take good points or a point of view you may have not considered.
Don't take it personal, as hard as it may to do, look at it with professionalism.
Good post! Everything has the positive and negative side of it, take the positive side of the negative words, life will be more beautiful.
It is hard at times not to take things personally even when they are intended with the best of intentions!
